Role Purpose – New Business Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities (New Business) – capitalise on new accounts
  • Attend industry events in order to generate business leads

Reporting to the Sales Success Manager, you will be supporting the sales function; ensuring the sales process runs seamlessly from lead sourcing through to post event re-booking’s. Managing multiple tasks effectively and juggling priorities are critical in the role to ensure delivery of team and business goals. In addition to this, you will be responsible for general office admin support ensuring the smooth running of our London office.

Primary responsibilities

  • Creating booking forms and products using Salesforce
  • Regularly contacting and building relationships with an extensive number of suppliers
  • The ability to work autonomously when needed to fact find and obtain the correct information to feedback to the sales team
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports using Salesforce to assist the Sales Success Manager in addition to Adhoc requests for the Sales team
  • Provide ad hoc support to two directors
  • Creating and managing word documents, specifically Sales Pitches, that support the Sales team primary function
  • Work closely with the Sales Success Manager and Operations team to support event pre and post event delivery
  • Email marketing support using Salesloft
  • Creating and updating Sales collateral including interactive brochures and event specific PDFs

  • General office admin to ensure the smooth running of the Scottish office


  • A good level of understanding on Microsoft programs specifically Excel and Word

Operations Executive | London | £20,000 - £23,000

Operations Executive

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 basic + company benefits/perks + live sporting events 

We have a new job opportunity for a talented ‘Operations Executive’ to join our fast-paced operations team in London. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved with the operations side of corporate hospitality events from start to finish. This role is 95% office based, but as and when required, you will be supporting our Operation Managers on-site at multiple sporting events to ensure our clients receive the best service and the event is running smoothly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Operations Managers with processes and taking the initiative to find workable solutions.
  • Constantly be reviewing CRM practices to ensure we have the best processes in place & assisting Sales Support with reports and dashboards.
  • Regularly attend events, liaising with Event & Venue Managers to ensure a smooth delivery for clients.
  • Responsible for the distribution, collection and analysing all post event feedback to produce actionable improvements.
  • Oversee the design and production of all graphic material including pre & post event collateral, working with the Head o
  • Responsible for ticket dispatch, collating data from clients and ensuring they are dispatched at the correct time, to the correct address and with the correct contents.
  • Manage all hostess bookings for each event throughout the year, placing bookings and making arrangements for staff passes, travel and accommodation combined with collating post event notes.
  • Monitor table plan configurations to understand stock levels and sales availability.
  • Liaise with the Sales Support to determine stock allocation, total numbers and configurations.
  • Working closely with Accounts to ensure payments are aligned to event delivery and ticket dispatch
  • Mentor and work closely with the Operations Executive to enhance their personal and professional development.

Skills / Experience:

  • Microsoft Office – Excel and Word essential
  • Previous experience in Events or Hospitality is desirable
  • Competent in Adobe InDesign (or similar) & Salesforce CRM is desirable but not essential
  • Customer experience / customer services – essential
  • Multi-tasking and prioritising come naturally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • To be able to work effectively independently as well as part of a small team on a variety of projects.

Do you have experience within a marketing role but want to enhance your marketing career and become a part of an exciting and busy organisation? We have just the role for you. This position will be working within a digital marketing team across all verticals. You will be supporting with various digital marketing campaigns and assisting with the design and arrangement of marketing materials. This multi-function role is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills and grow into a specialism as the team grows.

Primary responsibility:

  • Creating and scheduling html emails using Mailchimp
  • Digital content creation for online marketing collateral (such as online brochures, social media creatives)
  • Updating print marketing materials (Eg. Leaflets, Ticket Wallets) for events and client services using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Managing social media pages, uploading and scheduling posts, responding to comments and creating campaigns to grow engagement and brand awareness
  • Monitoring and updating the website using WordPress
  • Reporting on marketing campaigns to understand their effectiveness
  • Analysing website data for key trends
  • Managing the editorial calendar
  • Working with our digital agency to create digital adverts and manage our Google Adwords account
