Role Purpose:
New Business Development

  • Identify new sales opportunities (New Business) – capitalise on new accounts
  • Attend industry events in order to generate business leads
  • Have individual responsibility for growing and protecting business and achieving growth in client accounts within remit
  • Work with the Head of Sales to generate and close profitable sales for the company as part of Corinthian’s growth strategy
  • Generate high quality sales leads for the business
  • Cold call senior executives and C Level staff
  • Follow up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information
  • Client Relationships
  • Deliver outstanding service to our clients in line with Corinthian’s customer service standards
  • Work with the Head of Sales to create solutions using Corinthian’s broad range of event experiences and services, which add value for the client
  • Build relationships with key decision makers, which identify client requirements and challenges
  • Establish customer needs and sell products accordingly

  • Assisting with post sales delivery of our events, supporting the Senior Operations Executives and Operations Managers for designated events in all operational activities
  • Regularly attending events to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience
  • Support the set-up and break-down of Pegasus Lounge events, in addition to providing logistical support when required
  • Designing and preparing ticketing and promotional packages to be sent to clients
  • Communicating between our own sales team, venues & clients alike to ensure all expectations are met during the sale process and the event itself
  • Liaising with venue suppliers to arrange any special requests
  • Ensuring all ticketing and branded merchandise are delivered to clients promptly
  • Monitor table plan configurations to understand stock levels and sales availability
  • Support the Senior Operations Executives & Operations Managers in evolution and development on all Pegasus Lounge touch points – pre, during & post-event
