Anthony Watson is a professional rugby union player known for his versatility and skill on the field, particularly as a wing and fullback. Born on February 26, 1994, in Ashford, Surrey, Watson quickly rose through the rugby ranks in England. He began his career with London Irish in 2011, showcasing his natural athleticism and technical prowess, before moving to Bath Rugby in 2013, where he spent nearly a decade as a pivotal player.

Watson’s international debut came in 2014 when he played for England in the Six Nations Championship. Since then, he has become a regular fixture on the England squad, known for his speed, agility, and try-scoring ability. He has represented England in multiple Six Nations tournaments, Rugby World Cups, and was a member of the British & Irish Lions squad for the tours to New Zealand in 2017 and South Africa in 2021, solidifying his status as one of the sport’s elite.

In 2022, Watson transferred to Leicester Tigers, where he continues to excel, bringing his experience, leadership, and dynamic play to the Premiership.
