Johnnie Beattie announced as Pegasus Lounge Ambassador

Corinthian Sports Welcomes ex-Scotland Rugby International and Media Personality, Johnnie Beattie, as Pegasus Lounge Ambassador for Scotland Rugby Hospitality Packages!

Corinthian Sports is excited to announce that ex-Scotland Rugby Flanker / Number Eight, Johnnie Beattie, has joined Corinthian Sports as an official hospitality ambassador for The Pegasus Lounge across our hospitality packages at the home of Scotland Rugby, Scottish Gas Murrayfield!

Johnnie Beattie will be present, in The Pegasus Lounge, across Scottish Gas Murrayfield and Allianz Stadium for all Guinness Six Nations and Autumn Nations Series fixtures for Scotland Rugby. Johnnie will be showcasing the fantastic hospitality on offer as well as meeting all of our guests and sharing exciting stories that he’s picked up across his storied career in Rugby Union and playing in some of the biggest international fixtures as a Scotland Rugby international.

Johnnie Beattie, born April 21, 1985, in Glasgow, Scotland, is a former Scottish international rugby player known for his dynamic skills and strong field presence. He began his professional career with Glasgow Warriors in 2004 and earned over 30 caps for Scotland after his debut in 2006. Beattie’s standout performances during the 2010 Six Nations Championship, including a key role in Scotland’s victory over Ireland, brought him widespread acclaim. After moving to France’s Top 14 league in 2012, he played for Montpellier, Castres, and Bayonne before retiring in 2018. Nowadays, Johnnie Beattie is well known within world rugby for his various media appearances, frequently appearing on mainstream media channels such as Sky Sports News as well as presenting for TNT Sports, Amazon Prime, ITV and BBC in years gone by.
